Description
4090-9116 In order to enhance system integrity and facilitate installation, addressable IDNet communications isolaters offer IDNet communications isolation. When an output short circuit is detected, isolation is automatically triggered. To help troubleshoot wiring issues, isolation can also be manually selected from the control panel.
Operation: The control panel instructs the isolators to connect after they are powered up in isolation mode. The isolator will connect to the remainder of the circuit if the output wiring is acceptable. The isolator stays isolated even if the output wiring is shorted.
